I'm Ed Maguire and I moved to South Florida in 1998 after retireing from the NYNEX telephone company where I was a central office technician for 25 years. My love of corvettes goes way back, but I never owned one until I purchased a low mileage 2000 triple black C5. Since then I've owned a victory red 2008 Z51 C6coupe, a rally red 1966 C2 roadster, a 1989 triple black C4 roadster, and as of late a 2009 jetstream blue C6 Callaway coupe.

I am completely satisfied with the Dyno Tune that Ernie performed on my Z06. I felt the difference as soon as I got on the expressway. What a difference!! There is no hesitation on any gear! It was definitely worth the wait...Ernie is a perfectionist and a professional.
As you know I have a 2007 Black Z06 (The Phanton) with Kooks Headers, straight pipes, Corsa Extreme mufflers and I replaced the Haltech Airintake with the VORTEX.
I want to thank you and everyone that Liza and I met last Thursday at Hooters for making us feel like family.
We look forward in participating in all the events coming up especially Daytona!

| Ernie Francis President and Founder of Breathless Performance Products, Inc. Ernie has always been actively involved in racing, beginning with his first car when he was 16 years old. This was a 1969 SS396 convertible Camaro pace car, which had been purchased new by his father in '69. As he got older he began to participate in S.C.C.A. racing and formed BREATHLESS RACING TEAM. He was awarded the Southeastern Championship for the years 1987, 88 and 1989. This doesn't include the over 80 trophies he has won while racing. His most recent claim to fame was participating in the One Lap of America race. Corvettes, General Motors products and racing have always been in his blood, which makes a winning combination. With his expertise, he was able to develop a highly sophisticated Research & Development center and is offering his innovations to the public. In the beginning, Breathless Performance Products was generally known for the custom programming of proms (chips). With the quest for speed and performance, they engineered the A.I.R. Pump Eliminator Kit for 1984-91 L98 Corvettes and currently hold the patent for it. Next came Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulators and thermostats. Having participated as a vendor at different corvette gatherings all over the country, Breathless Performance became a familiar name in the corvette community. At this point, they became recognized by the big names in the industry, Corvette Fever, Corvette Magazine, Mid-America Designs and Ecklers. In May 1999, Breathless Performance reached another plateau by setting a new standard in the aftermarket performance parts arena. They purchased a 1999 Mustang (brand) Dyno, which is housed in a 53-foot trailer and taken to corvette shows all over the country. This Dyno allows them to prove the horsepower claims they make. This Dyno has already been to Route 66, Bloomington, NCRS Orlando, Mid-Americas Funfest, and the Caravan in Bowling Green, Super Chevy Gainesville plus many other shows. After moving in to their state of the art facility in Dania, Florida the company's engineers started buzzing with new ideas that are now distributed World Wide: exhaust plates, shifter knobs, wings, MAT sensors, MAF ends and more. Glenn grew up on Long Island, NY and graduated from the State University of New York Maritime College in 1967. Following a ten year career at sea, he came ashore to work in the marine industry in south Florida. He has owned Seaward Services, Inc., a research vessel management firm, for the past 19+ years, and is looking forward to retiring from the company in late in 2009. He intends to split his time between Dania Beach and his house in Highlands, NC. He is looking forward to having more time to upgrade his Corvettes and to participate in club functions.

I am John Wampler of Fort Lauderdale. I joined Breathless at a car show on January 17th in Boca.
I am a 200 ton captain holding both US and British licenses and perform contract charters, deliveries and owner orientation I am a veteran of the US Coast Guard. I am also an airline transport rated pilot where I have flown contract in Citation, Gulfstream, Hawker and Learjets. My hobbies include trap and skeet shooting, scuba, cooking and of course Corvette rallies.
I joined Breathless because I was looking for a club to run with and make music on the streets, instead of attending meetings. Funny, I interviewed several clubs while at the show, yet not one would take my money without a "membership approval." Breathless was just the right club for my interests.
I have a 1988 Corvette coupe which I bought in 2006. Since I have owned it, I have painted it a custom metal flake in robins egg blue, installed Magnaflow exhaust, rebuilt the transmission, installed new weather stripping (myself, arghh), rebuilt my instrument cluster (myself), installed new carpet, new half shafts and u-joints, and a mulitude of preventative maintenance items. My 'vette has just rolled over 207,000 miles and runs tight and strong; a testament to a well engineered automobile.
I look forward to meeting other members at future gatherings.

| Hooked On Driving started innocently enough as a Northern California club racer began inviting friends to the track to try their fun cars out in a controlled environment – away from a racing environment. That was 2001. Today, Hooked On Driving is a full-time enterprise, working hard to offer a robust schedule and mix of driving events – and is headed rapidly toward being a national presence. Why did this growth happen so quickly? We believe that we identified an under-served group of car enthusiasts, and we set about serving it!! The group? Folks with interesting cars, the spectacular sporting cars of today, the fun and quick cars of yesterday, and cars that were built for racing, with owners that are otherwise inclined. All of whom were looking for an opportunity to drive them with a group of like-minded, mature individuals who understand that driving is a blast and can be enjoyed without the risk of racing or getting tickets! Since our events are not competitions, we are relieved of the need to win, and are freed to experience the joy of driving well, enjoy our favorite car without abusing it, and socialize with similarly inclined folks from all walks of life. While safety is our number one priority and our record is stellar, we have just too much fun!! And along the way, we got hooked on getting people hooked!! Creating the environment where there are no losers has been a key to our growth and referral business. Also – folks have discovered that our family atmosphere which has NO pressure to improve lap times (we don’t even do lap timing) is ideal to bring in unsuspecting car people who have never even considered driving their car in a road course environment. Brothers, sisters, neighbors, mothers-in-law, and even granddads have been encouraged to join us and found the excitement of driving well in our controlled Hooked On Driving environment. In addition, HOD provides coaches to beginners who have been trained in communicating effectively to new drivers from their position in the passenger seat.

I'm the owner and president of Elite Waterworks Inc. in Miami we specialize in hi-end swimming pool and fountain construction and renovations.
We have always loved speed and the adrenaline rush that comes with it, we love jetski racing, boat, motorcycles and specialy cars, a few months ago I decided to buy a sports car that would be fast and fun but at the same time confortable, after looking and test driving about 10 cars and renting some for a couple of days including a Viper and a porsche I realized that without a doubt that there is nothing that even comes close to the vette, great look, great performance and handling, confortable even for long drives and the best car for the money.
This car has become a passion for me like no other car had before.

| Hey Guys my name is Juan I have always longed to own a Corvette but never had the pocket change to own one, but now that I do and it has been a great experience!!, I have the Vette thing on my mind real strong, whenever I get in the car it’s a rush , this is my second vette my 1st was a coupe now I got the Vert and I am loving every minute of it. A big plus is that there is a Vette club right around the corner!! Vette’s and pretty Girls Life is good!!
